You are bound to wish that your entire meal was a strawberry smoothie. Ha ha. I did! And I made this after I lunched. So, it was quite heavy on my stomach. I couldn’t help it though, I couldn’t stop drinking. Why make it after a meal you ask. Well, all I wanted to eat were strawberries, you see. And then I wished it were strawberry ice cream. The next best thing, and the quickest thing to make was a smoothie. It took me all of five minutes, right from washing the strawberries to pouring the smoothie into glasses. So there!
Strawberry Smoothie
Serving: Makes 3 smoothies
Ingredients
- 1 and 1/2 cups of hulled strawberries
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup yoghurt
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 2 ice cubes
Instructions
Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until it is smooth. Pour into a tall glass like a pint glass. Drink it immediately. If you’re drinking it later, mix it with a spoon and then serve it and drink.
